will help you Your underlying problem is actually related to the c++ code in nd4j. I'm assuming you already have a trained model which means you should be relatively familiar with an nd4j backend(http://nd4j.org/backend.html). If that's the case make sure to add nd4j-native-platform with the latest version of nd4j to your classpath.
Nd4j native platform will bundle all of the native libraries for various platforms together.

hop of those help? Replace pipelineStages := Seq(rjs, digest, gzip) by pipelineStages := Seq(uglify, digest, gzip). Not sure why this works, but it worked for me.

will be helpful for those in need Sounds like the standard Servlet WebApp Classloader isolation is doing its job.
You have to be aware of where your class is, is it being loaded from the Server classpath, or the WebApp's classpath.
code :
java -cp target/classes:target/dependency/* com.example.heroku.Main
mvn jetty:run-war

it fixes the issue I have 1 web and 1 worker process communicating with each other using CloudAMQP library consisting of 2 channels/queues (1 channel is to send a simple message from web, and the other channel is to receive a message from worker). Since I'm deploying my webapp in WAR file format, I had to put my worker class into a jar by creating a local repository of Maven and including dependency to put the file in WEB-INF/lib folder so that I could execute the worker process using the generated worker sh script from maven-war-plugin artifact. , This is the important message in the logs:
code :
2016-10-31T14:27:43.507545+00:00 app[worker.1]: sh: 0: Can't open target/bin/worker

seems to work fine The Answer is simple, plain and stupid. If you face any similar issue, just make sure , you are running a similar version of tomcat.
My spring boot application worked fine, when ran using mvn spring-boot:run but my actual tomcat server was bit older, so it was missing few libraries.

hop of those help? You have the provided scope for the jdbc driver jar. In this cases it is not copied into the artifact that you deploy to tomcat. You need to specify it as a compile scope.
You can also add the to tomcat classpath jar as described here https://stackoverflow.com/a/7198049/2000323 for all applications. Then you must specify the scope as provided so that the same jar would not be deployed twice.
