I think the issue was by ths following , You hava a recursion here, and then your counter never get incremented:
code :
if(counter%2 == 0){
    whiteEnterForfeit = turn(board, "White", "W", "B");
    printBoard(board);
    counter++;
}

I hope this helps . Check if application:didFinishLaunchingWithOptions: is being called by adding a NSLog(@"..."). If trackerTEST is nil, it was possibly not correctly initialized.

I hope this helps you . In javascript, functions are variables, just in function form. So, in the second one, the variable start and function start conflict. If you were to change function start(){ to function init(){, for example, it would work.
This is what allows you to define functions such as
code :
var foo = function() {
  ...
}
 var start = new Date();
 function instance(){
   document.getElementById("foo").innerHTML = start.getTime();
   window.setTimeout(instance, 1000);
 }
 function init(){
   window.setTimeout(instance, 1000);
 }

seems to work fine You forgot to include the global in your second function. Without it, it is never in scope.
Just because you use the global keyword doesn't mean the rules don't apply. Global variables are always out of scope inside of a function unless you use the global keyword (or pass it as a parameter or, the case of a closure, use the use keyword).
code :
function function1() {
    global $totalGeneral;
    $totalGeneral = 42;
}

function function2(){
    global $totalGeneral;
    echo $totalGeneral;
}

it helps some times In your code, the constant GET_CART_ALL_ITEM is created and initialize only one time, and it takes the current value of ReturnUserRrQuote(). Later It will not trigger the function as the constant already has its value and does not require a new initialization.
If at the beginning of code ReturnUserRrQuote() => "100". Then GET_CART_ALL_ITEM is created and initialize with this value, it will be "store/3/cart/100/type/customer" and not "store/3/cart/" + ReturnUserRrQuote() + "/type/customer". It's due cause at initialization the expression "store/3/cart/" + ReturnUserRrQuote() + "/type/customer" is evaluated and the result is affected to the constant (the expression is not affected to the constant).
code :
public static final const1 = "store/3/cart/";
public static final const2 = "/type/customer";

//whenever you have to obtain your value
String value = const1 + ReturnUserRrQuote() + const2;
//Static function that return the number of times it has been called
public static returnNumber() {
    final int i=1;
    return i++;
 }

public static void main() {
    int a = returnNumber(); //Initialize a
    for (j=0; j<10; j++) {
        System.out.println(a); //print the current value of a
    }
}

around this issue You probably want to use a partial function. This can often easily achieved with a new function that takes one of the arguments as fixed.
code :
import matplotlib.pyplot as plt
import scipy.stats as ss
import numpy as np

np.random.seed(42)
#generate some data from a beta distribution
data = ss.beta.rvs(a=5,b=2,size=100)

#these are the scale transform functions
def forward(F, gamma_beta):
    return ss.gamma.ppf(F, a=gamma_beta)
def inverse(R, gamma_beta):
    return ss.gamma.cdf(R, a=gamma_beta)

def Gamma_CDF(data,fit_gamma):
    xvals = np.linspace(0.001,1,1000)
    if fit_gamma==True: #fit the location parameter of the gamma distribution
        gamma_3_param = ss.gamma.fit(data)
        yvals = ss.gamma.cdf(xvals,*gamma_3_param)
        gamma_beta = gamma_3_param[0] #extract the shape parameter
    else: #do not fit the location parameter
        gamma_2_param = ss.gamma.fit(data,floc=0)
        yvals = ss.gamma.cdf(xvals,*gamma_2_param)
        gamma_beta = gamma_2_param[0] #extract the shape parameter

    f = lambda x: forward(x, gamma_beta)
    fi= lambda x: inverse(x, gamma_beta)
    plt.plot(xvals,yvals)
    plt.gca().set_yscale('function', functions=(f, fi))
    plt.gca().grid(True)

plt.subplot(121)
Gamma_CDF(data,False)
plt.subplot(122)
Gamma_CDF(data,True)
plt.show()
