wish help you to fix your issue The map passed as the third argument to neo4j_run is the parameters for the query. Constructing the map takes an array of entries and its length. If it's just a single entry map, you could pass a pointer to a single neo4j_map_entry_t. For your example:
code :
const char *q = "MATCH (p:Person) WHERE p.age > {age} RETURN p.name AS name, p.age as AGE";
neo4j_map_entry_t map_entry = neo4j_map_entry("age", 28);
neo4j_value_t params = neo4j_map(&map_entry, 1);

neo4j_run(session, q, params);
const char *q = "MATCH (p:Person) WHERE {min_age} < p.age < {max_age} RETURN p.name AS name, p.age as AGE";
neo4j_map_entry_t map_entries[2];
map_entries[0] = neo4j_map_entry("min_age", 28);
map_entries[1] = neo4j_map_entry("max_age", 30);
neo4j_value_t params = neo4j_map(map_entries, 2);

neo4j_run(session, q, params);

Hope that helps You have several questions here. Here is my short answer.
Use msqli if you are only using a mysql Database Use PDO if you would like to support many more databases (SQL server, oracle etc...)

this will help See: http://ca3.php.net/manual/en/mysqli.prepare.php

...[prepared statements] are not allowed for identifiers (such as table or
column names)...

should help you out If you are running a query without any user-entered variables, you can just do:
code :
$db->query("SELECT name FROM contact")
$db->prepare("SELECT phone FROM contact WHERE name = ?");

With these it helps After looking over your data, I think what you are seeing here is a limit not on your cluster, but on the server running the test. If you are testing a 3 node Cassandra cluster, you may need 2-3 times the amount of client servers producing the load. You can try to maximize the amount of use on each client by increasing the number of threads, but you'll hit a limit.
Just in general, if you are getting a flat line result on a cassandra-stress test, look at the nodes under test. If they are mostly bored, increase the number of clients(or threads) until the nodes are, well, stressed. :)
emulated prepared statements vs real prepared statements

I wish this help you You are correct, real prepared statements must be supported by the server. A real prepared means querying the database in two steps.
The fist step consists in sending a query template, that the server can pre-compile. The database engine also prepares in advance the execution plan (mostly, what indexes will be used to serve the actual query).
