Any of those help FilePath is a directory. You should append a filename, so something like this:
code :
string FilePath = MapPath("~/File/" + fileName);

Share : facebook icon twitter icon
C# Path.GetTempPath returns "Could not find a part of the path" error

fixed the issue. Will look into that further Looks to me like you need to add a file name to the end of the temp path. Try this:
code :
StreamWriter downloadWriter =
    new StreamWriter(Path.Combine(Path.GetTempPath(), fileName));
I want to copy a file to another server, but I'm getting a "could not find part of path" error

To fix the issue you can do I am making a simple windows forms application that essentially needs to copy a local file to a location on the server. I get a could.not.find.part.of.path error with I try: , Try putting an @ sign before the string:
code :
file.CopyTo(@"\\123.45.678\etcetc");
GetService throws an error: "Could not find a part of the path 'E:\TFSWorkItemTrackingCache\v11"

may help you . This is a bug in tooling. It will always build for the default RID (and AFAIK there is no way to change it) but then in the publish dialog you see all the RIDs from the project.json and if you select a non-default one publishing will fail since the project was not build for this RID. Try building from command line using the RID you want to publish. This way when you are publishing VS will be able to find binaries and publish should work.
