I wish did fix the issue. The menu "Information for [project]" will be available as soon as a project is compiled/built.
Another way is to enable Show compiler progress.

Any of those help You could do something like this, packaging the relevant pieces of data into a custom object for each file:
code :
ls | select -First 10 |
% {
    $numLines = 0
    $grouped = cat $_ `
               |%{ $numLines++; $_ }  `
               | Select-String ',' -AllMatches `
               | Select-Object LineNumber, @{ n = "Count"; e = { $_.Matches.Count }} `
               | Group-Object Count `
               | sort Count -Desc

    [PsCustomObject] @{
         File = $_.FullName
         TopCommaCount = [int] $grouped[0].Name
         TopCommaCountLines = [int] $grouped[0].Count
         TotalLines = $numLines
     }
}

hope this fix your issue You'd have to use the API, possibly through clients like https://github.com/m4tthumphrey/php-gitlab-api or https://github.com/NARKOZ/gitlab
As for the precise data you want to get:
Find line count of a file in HDFS to compare with the count present in QC file

hope this fix your issue You should use something like this:
file_count=$(hdfs dfs -cat hdfs://${CLUSTER_NAME}$hdfs_src_path/$directory/$data_file_name | wc -l)
Count line in a file and write the count into a new file using same name of the text in the folder

hope this fix your issue You can use Path.GetFileName to extract the file name, and then write the count.
code :
var completeOutputPath = Path.Combine(path2,Path.GetFileName(file));
File.WriteAllText(completeOutputPath, $"Count:{count}");

To fix the issue you can do find has the /c parameter to count it's findings. Another paramteter /v to look for lines, that doesn't contain the search string. As there is no really empty line in a file (it does contain at least a linefeed), you can search for all lines containing nothing and count the findings:
