Any of those help All that is a little elaborate, for many cases all you need to do is reinstall xcode developer tools.
Open Terminal or iTerm and Run this:

To fix this issue Resolved... the solution was to set the JAVA_HOME Environment Variable for Sudo. and this was done on: /etc/sudoers. I used 'vi' to edit the file via terminal.
code :
sudo visudo
Defaults        env_keep += "JAVA_HOME"
sudo printenv

this will help I finally found the error.
There was a mistake in wp_config.php file. Strangely adding the wp instruction

hope this fix your issue I'm trying to set up an Apache (2.4) server on Ubuntu. For now I'm just trying to get it to serve static pages from /var/www/html (although eventually I want to run a WSGI Python app). , Check if ssl mode is activated here:
sudo a2enmod ssl
