Eclipse JNI with .java file in package

This might help you The javah utility expects you to give it the fully-qualified name of the class you want it to analyze, and it expects to find that class relative to the classpath, according to that name. Thus, if the name of the class is com.example.HelloJNI, then you might tell make something like this:
code :
CLASS_DIR = ../bin

HelloJNI.h : $(CLASS_DIR)/com/example/HelloJNI.class
    javah -force -classpath $(CLASS_DIR) com.example.HelloJNI

I hope this helps you .
The Eclipse IDE encourages you to use packages. In general, it's a good idea. I'd encourage you to use packages, too.

I think the issue was by ths following , Yes you can create a package-info.java after creation of the package also, Just Right click the on the existing package then click new -> package, In New Java Package input box, name should be the same as existing package name and tick the checkbox "create package-info.java" and click finish button, then package-info.java will be created in your existing package.

In a big Java project can not locate .java file belonging to a package using eclipse

Any of those help The class is likely in one of your dependency jars, so you don't have the source locally in a project. Many maven published projects allow for the source to be downloaded in a jar, and eclipse can use that to display the source, but editing it would be meaningless in that instance.
If you hit ctrl+shift+T and search for the class you should be able to see the location of the class in the bottom portion of the "open type" dialog.
