fixed the issue. Will look into that further I have 2 HTTP actions, one after another in a logic app, how do I read the response from a previous HTTP action in the second HTTP action? , There are two ways you can do this.

like below fixes the issue Yes, You can achieve it by using Http and Create blob task.
Code
code :
{
    "$connections": {
        "value": {
            "azureblob": {
                "connectionId": "/subscriptions/xxx/resourceGroups/xxx/providers/Microsoft.Web/connections/azureblob",
                "connectionName": "azureblob",
                "id": "/subscriptions/xxx/providers/Microsoft.Web/locations/xxx/managedApis/azureblob"
            }
        }
    },
    "definition": {
        "$schema": "https://schema.management.azure.com/providers/Microsoft.Logic/schemas/2016-06-01/workflowdefinition.json#",
        "actions": {
            "Create_blob": {
                "inputs": {

                        }
                    },

will help you This is how I solved.
Here is my sample Azure function and Logic app configuration
code :
[FunctionName("Function1")]
        public static IActionResult Run(
            [HttpTrigger(AuthorizationLevel.Function, "get", "post", Route = null)] HttpRequest req,
            ILogger log)
        {
            log.LogInformation("C# HTTP trigger function processed a request.");
            var csvFile = new StringBuilder();
            csvFile.AppendLine(string.Format("{0},{1}", "1", "ABC"));
            csvFile.AppendLine(string.Format("{0},{1}", "2", "ABcd"));
            csvFile.AppendLine(string.Format("{0},{1}", "3", "ABCde"));
            csvFile.AppendLine(string.Format("{0},{1}", "4", "ABCdef"));
            csvFile.AppendLine(string.Format("{0},{1}", "5", "ABCdefg"));
            csvFile.AppendLine(string.Format("{0},{1}", "6", "ABCdefgh"));
            return new OkObjectResult(csvFile.ToString());
        }

I hope this helps you . ty but this option we had already explored and doesnt help for our requirements. We were looking for Monitoring soln and finally we got this query and an Alert out of it to make it work for our requirement:-
AzureDiagnostics | where status_s == "Failed"and tags_displayName_s =="My Logic Apps Name"and resource_actionName_s in ("For_each_file_in_blob_copy_it_to_sftp_server","Create_file_on_SFMC_SFTP_folder") | summarizecount()by resource_runId_s, resource_actionName_s, tags_displayName_s, status_s
Using Azure Logic App to Insert Response from SurveyGizmo via HTTP Post (JSON)

Using Azure Logic App to Insert Response from SurveyGizmo via HTTP Post (JSON)

I wish this help you Per my understanding , SurveyGizmo will post json data to your logic app and your logic app will accept the json data and insert part of this data into your SQL server. Firstly, you create use a http trigger with JSON schema below :
code :
{
    "properties": {
        "data_quality": {
            "type": "array"
        },
        "date_started": {
            "type": "string"
        },
        "ip_address": {
            "type": "string"
        },
        "is_test_data": {},
        "language": {
            "type": "string"
        },
        "link_id": {},
        "referer": {
            "type": "string"
        },
        "response_time": {},
        "session_id": {
            "type": "string"
        },
        "survey_data": {
            "properties": {
                "3": {
                    "properties": {
                        "answer": {
                            "type": "string"
                        },
                        "id": {
                            "type": "integer"

it should still fix some issue In Logic App HTTP Request Max Timeout is 120 sec. so if your azure function response time is gether than 120 sec then this error will come..
