I wish this help you I have 3 lists: , zip is good for this. code :
result = []
for a, b, c, d in zip(ids, a_x, T, p)):
result.append(compute(a, b, c, d))
# where `ids` is the list of `id` numbers to pass to compute.
R = 0.2342344
result = [(id, a * (c/(R*b))) for id, a, b, c in zip(ids, a_x, T, p)]

Trying to solve math equation whose operators and numbers are in two different lists

should help you out I have not tried to debug the program yet. But you have to be very careful when using for with an index to step through an array at the same time you're removing elements from the array. Suppose you have an ArrayList with the values "a", "b", "c", "d", "e", and you write something like code :
for (int i = 0; i < list.size(); i++) {
System.out.println(list.get(i));
list.remove(i);
}
int i = 0;
while (i < list.size()) {
... any other computation you need to perform
if ...you need to remove the element... {
list.remove(i);
} else {
i++;
}
}

it should still fix some issue I have four separate lists of integers that I need to use concurrently in an equation: , You can use zip function and a lambda in map : code :
>>> map(lambda x: x[0]  (x[1] + x[2] + x[3]),zip(h,d,t,r))
[125, 185, 124, 25, 13]

may help you . So, i have 3 lists of items. One where the price is stored, one where quantity is stored and one where column numbers are stored. They all have the exact same numbers of elements, and that number is x. I need to do this: code :
i = 0
while i < x:
finalprice = list_number_1[i] * list_number_2[i]
i += 1

Does that help You should always use round brackets for math expressions: (), not the square: []. [] stands for a list in Python. code :
mm.append((a*(b+e)  c*d)/(e*(c+a)))

How do I look for solutions to an equation within two lists in python?

it fixes the issue Sorry for the obscurity of the question, but I was wondering, how can I compare two sets of numbers, and see which ones satisfy an equation? For example: , zip is your friend:
