With these it helps This code is working but there must be a better way to do this in the Jquery script. , First I would give them all the same name to group them together.
code :
$j("input[name='btnGroupName']").change(function() {
 if($('#rb').is(':checked')) {
    $j("#asset_list").show("slide");
  }else{
    $j("#asset_list").hide();
  }
});

C# precisely show label for X seconds and hide it for Y seconds

I wish did fix the issue. I am writing a code for a form that should precisely blink a word Label. It uses an "expositionTime" to show a Label for X millisececonds and an "intervalTime" to hide it for Y milliseconds. , A better way to do this is as like this:
code :
private async Task DoIt()
{
    for(int i = 0 ; i < numExpositions; i++)
    {
        wordLabel.Visible = true;
        await Task.Delay(expositionTime); //expositionTime is the number of milliseconds to keep the label visible
        wordLabel.Visible = false;
        await Task.Delay(intervalTime); //intervalTime is the number of milliseconds to keep the label hidden
    }

}

private void button1_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
    DoIt();
}

help you fix your problem How to show a div for 2 seconds and then hide it for 4 seconds in an infinite loop? I use jQuery's animate() function because I want to use CSS transitions too. , I hope this will help you. Please check below code.
code :
function animatedText() {
    $('.text').animate({ opacity: 1 }, 200, function() {
            setTimeout(function() {
                $('.text').animate({ opacity: 0 }, 200);
            }, 2000);
    });
    setTimeout(function() {
        animatedText();
    },6000);
}
animatedText();
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/2.1.1/jquery.min.js"></script>

<i class="text">Animated Text</i>

Any of those help I assume you are trying to achieve an endless loop.
I think you should use interval in that case, and do fadeOut/fadeIn of elements.
code :
i1 = document.getElementById('img_1');
i2 = document.getElementById('img_2');
i3 = document.getElementById('img_3');
i4 = document.getElementById('img_4');
i5 = document.getElementById('img_5');

let myarr = [i1, i2, i3, i4, i5];
let active = 1;

setInterval(() => {
  $(myarr[active - 1]).fadeOut(500)
  if (active >= myarr.length) {
    active = 0
  }
  setTimeout(() => {
    $(myarr[active]).fadeIn(500);
    active = active + 1;
  }, 500)
}, 5000)

should help you out I am not sure if I get your question correctly, but the following jQuery magic will find your
element by id, hide it, find all controls within it and "reset" their values to empty string.
