why is the doc property 'added' different in 2 duplicate docs?

By : Carmelo Evoli

I hope this helps you . Ok, finally figured it out. I had asked for a backup of this database so I could recover a couple of docs that were accidentally deleted. The person getting me the backup put it under the data directory. He sent me a file path and I didn't really notice where it was. So what was happening is that the agents in THAT database was processing the email as well as the main Notes app. I suspected it was a 2nd agent but after ruling out the replicas on another server, I searched the list of scheduled agents and that's when I saw it running out of that recovered backup db. Sorry to have wasted your time on this, Rich, but I appreciate you giving me some things to look at.

Google docs continue VLOOKUP with added rows

By : gantiv

I wish this helpful for you In my google document column A is a list of requisition numbers, using VLOOKUP the title for each req. number is pulling in automatically as below, where the first title shows the VLOOKUP formula and the rest show the outcome (for the purposes of this example only). , In B2 try:
code :
=ARRAYFORMULA(IF(LEN(A2:A), VLOOKUP(A2:A, 'TITLES'!F$3:G$25, 2,FALSE),))

Added Restivus and Iron Router docs appear

By : user3751291
Date : March 29 2020, 07:55 AM
it fixes the issue Sorry about that pesky Iron Router stuff! It's already been removed in an unpublished version that should be out in about two weeks. You can grab an early version from the 0.8.0 branch on Restivus, if that's too long to wait.
UPDATE: As of v0.8.0, the iron:router dependency has been removed and all iron:router-related issues have been resolved, including the one described here.

Update Spreadsheet when new Docs are added to a Folder Google Drive

By : Ethan Zhang

Hope this helps You are using appendRow in a loop which is very time consuming...
Use an array and write this array to your sheet in one single call to make your script more efficient.
code :
function Updatelist() {
  var folder = DriveApp.getFolderById('0B#####################5UUU');
  var contents = folder.getFiles();
  var file;
  var name;
  var link;
  var sheet = SpreadsheetApp.getActiveSheet();
  var date;

  sheet.clear();

  var headers = [["Name", "link", "Total jpegs in folder"]];
  sheet.clear();
  sheet.getRange("A1:C1").setValues(headers);
  sheet.getRange("C2").setFormula("=COUNTA(A2:A)");

  var sheetContent=[];
  while(contents.hasNext()) {
    file = contents.next();
    name = file.getName();
    link = file.getUrl();
    data = [name, link]
    sheetContent.push(data)
  }
  sheet.getRange(3,1,sheetContent.length,sheetContent[0].length).setValues(sheetContent);// adapt the starting row/column value to your needs
}

ElasticSearch has far less docs than what I added

This might help you When you have less docs than what you think, the most common issue is that the ID is not generated correctly and you have collisions.
So you have two solutions:

Get sum of values from unique docs in collection of duplicate docs in MongoDB

it helps some times You need to sum inside of the $group _id field, and then use the replaceRoot to achieve the the result you wanted.
code :
MaterialsTrack.aggregate([
  {
    $match: {
      $and: [
        {
          product_name: "Bottle"
        },
        {
          account_name: "mrfsahas1234"
        },
        {
          action_type: "purchase"
        },
        {
          uid: "2019-11-20T17:39:17.405Z"
        }
      ]
    }
  },
  {
    $group: {
      _id: {
        sellingId: "$sellingId",
        PurchaseQuantity: {
          $sum: "$product_quantity"
        }
      }
    }
  },
  {
    $replaceRoot: {
      newRoot: {
        _id: "$_id.sellingId",
        PurchaseQuantity: "$_id.PurchaseQuantity"
      }
    }
  }
]);
[
  {
    "PurchaseQuantity": 50,
    "_id": "320a9a2f814a45e01eb98344c9af708fa2864d81587e5914"
  }
