it should still fix some issue This should help you get rid of the error, without knowing your objects, I can suggest this before the loop:
code :
if (postingObj == null) {
    postingObj = new List<TransactionIssues>();
}
if (postingObj == null) {
    ViewBag.Message = "There is no transaction to be approved";
    return View(dbObj.GetAllTransactions());
}

To fix the issue you can do You try to invoke the setDisplayHomeAsUpEnabled(boolean) function on the actionbar without having set an actionbar.
I suggest creating a new layout just for the toolbar. This is an example using the support library.
code :
<android.support.v7.widget.Toolbar   xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
    xmlns:app="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res-auto"
    android:id="@+id/toolbar"
    android:layout_width="match_parent"
    android:layout_height="wrap_content"
    android:elevation="4dp"
    android:background="?attr/colorPrimary"
    app:theme="@style/ThemeOverlay.AppCompat.Dark.ActionBar"
    app:popupTheme="@style/ThemeOverlay.AppCompat.Light" />
 <include layout="@layout/toolbar" />
Toolbar toolbar = (Toolbar) findViewById(R.id.toolbar);
setSupportActionBar(toolbar);
getSupportActionBar()

This might help you Are you using a custom adapter? I think your issue is that it doesn't know WHICH NoteID to get. There are effectively a bunch of elements with the txtNoteID because of the ListView. So you would want to do something along the lines of:
code :
    NoteList.setOnItemClickListener(new AdapterView.OnItemClickListener() {
        @Override
        public void onItemClick(AdapterView<?> parent, View view, int position, long id) {
            ID = view.getText().toString();
        }
    });
 ((TextView)parent.findViewById(R.id.txtNoteID)).getText().toString()

This might help you This is probably down to operator precedence; AND has higher precedence than OR. So your condition:
code :
WHERE RJ_SAPID IS NOT NULL OR RJ_SAPID <> 'NA' AND OBJECTID IS NOT NULL
WHERE RJ_SAPID IS NOT NULL OR (RJ_SAPID <> 'NA' AND OBJECTID IS NOT NULL)
WHERE (RJ_SAPID IS NOT NULL OR RJ_SAPID <> 'NA') AND OBJECTID IS NOT NULL

For empty object giving the TypeError: Cannot convert undefined or null to object

it fixes the issue So, I got solution from the comment of Kireeti Ganisetti, He suggested to use LOADASH and it worked :)
To check if the object is empty in Javascript - React :
code :
import _ from 'lodash';
_.isEmpty(ambassador)
