it should still fix some issue Here's a plunker showing your thing working in an Angular environment. This isn't a good way to accomplish what you're trying to do.
Instead, you should do something like this better plunker that I made that actually uses Angular to its full potential.
code :
myDate: Date;

ngOnInit() {
  this.myDate = new Date();
<p>{{ myDate | date:'d MMMM y'}}</p>
<p>{{ myDate | date:'hh:mm:ss'}}</p>

Angular 4: Property "push" and "controls" does not exist on type "AbstractControl"

should help you out Typescript complains on type checking. You need to cast your control to FormArray. So change
code :
(this.surveyForm.controls['questions'] as FormArray).push(question);
(this.surveyForm.get('questions') as FormArray).push(question);
const answers = <FormArray>this.surveyForm.controls.questions.controls[index].controls.answer_ids
const answers = this.surveyForm.get(['questions', index, 'answer_ids']) as FormArray;
const answers = this.surveyForm.get(`questions.${index}.answer_ids`) as FormArray;

Property 'Y' does not exist on type "'Component name'" in AOT build

By : Glei

I hope this helps . You bind the value of Y property to the EXAMPLE1 and EXAMPLE2. And you don't have that property, so the error is correct. You need to bind either "'Y'" as string or remove the [] part from the properties.
code :
<header [EXAMPLE1]="'Y'" [EXAMPLE2]="'Y'"></header>
<header EXAMPLE1="Y" EXAMPLE2="Y"></header>

I wish this help you If I understand your question correctly then this looks like a case of a missing field in your class definition. You should find that declaring the field:
code :
private node?: HTMLElement;
class AnimatedElement extends React.Component<AnimatedElementProps> {

  private node?: HTMLElement; /* <-- Add this */

  constructor(props) {
    this.node = undefined;

  render = () => {
    return (
              ref={(n) => this.node = n}
