wish help you to fix your issue Seems to me that you are bundling the mentioned framework twice. (https://stackoverflow.com/a/5659415/1120481)
You mentioned that your target has a Run Script build phase with /usr/local/bin/carthage copy-frameworks what is recommended in the Carthage README file for iOS, tvOS and watchOS.

this will help So to whoever runs into this problem and all of the other solutions out there do not work for you, make sure you don't have a project folder that shares the same name as the project. For instance, my project is called Landmarks and I had a folder inside the resources also called Landmarks. Once I renamed the folder, all was well.

this one helps. Open the Copy Bundle Resources from the Build Phase in your project. Find the duplicate files in that list and delete their references.

I wish this helpful for you Inspect your app target's Build Phases to see what's gone wrong. Perhaps a file is listed multiple times. Also, the name looks as if you've made some mistake; the file has no name apart from its extension.

will help you Faced with the same problem recently, definitely not the best, but acceptable workaround - just delete one of the duplicate lines "config_auto.h" with path "./Pods/TesseractOCRiOS/TesseractOCR/include/leptonica/" in "Build Phases"-"Headers"-"Private" settings of TesseractOCRiOS target.
OCR recognition functionality does not affected by this change.
