Hope this helps Can't really get my head around the calculations involved but I hope I get your requirement.
So you want to plot two lines on the same chart, one always being the data from the best day as reference, and the other one the data selected from the date filter, right?
code :
Production On Best Day (KW) =
CALCULATE(
    SUM('Solar Output'[Average]),
    FILTER(
        ALL('Solar Output'[Date]),
        'Solar Output'[Date] = VALUES('Best Day'[Date])
    )
)

To fix the issue you can do You can't have members from the same hierarchy on both axes. There are two ways to get rid of this error.
1. Create the calculated member on some other dimension
code :
WITH MEMBER [SomeDimension].[SomeHierarchy].MeasureType AS
Measures.CurrentMember.Properties('MEMBER_TYPE')

SELECT
[SomeDimension].[SomeHierarchy].MeasureType ON 0,
Measures.Members on 1
FROM [TheCube]
WITH MEMBER Measures.MeasureType AS
Measures.CurrentMember.Properties('MEMBER_TYPE')

SELECT
{Measures.MeasureType, Measures.Members} ON 0
FROM [TheCube]

Does that help I have a calculated Measure in my SSAS cube, which I want to calculate only for a group of dimension members and for rest it should be zero. In The following image I want MTDOccupancy dimension to work only for Account Groups for Rooms, rest related to food should show zero for this field. , You can change the measure to something like the following:
code :
IIF(
    LEFT([Account Group].[Account Group].currentmember.member_caption,5) = "ROOMS"
  ,([MTDQuantity]/[MTDAvailableRooms])*100
  ,NULL
)

help you fix your problem One way is to define a calculated field called matches_code_prefix as:
code :
left(code, 4) = "0212"
left(code, 4) = code_prefix
zn(sum(if matches_code_prefix then items end)) / sum(items)

code :
SELECT
    [YourOtherDimension].[YourAttributeWithanALLMEMBER].[All] ON COLUMNS,
    NON EMPTY

I wish did fix the issue. You can do this by filtering for the desired week in the Measure Value and not in the filter shelf. Create two boolean expressions that isolate your week.
Is this week? : datetrunc('week',{max([metric_date])}) = datetrunc('week',([metric_date]))
